Getting in

1. Tap “Sign In with Google.” Use the same Google account every time — your touches are recorded under it.
2. If it says “waiting for approval,” an admin still has to approve you. Tell an admin; don't keep signing in.
3. If a gold bar says the board was UPDATED, tap it. Never work a request on the old version.
4. Until the Partners database is connected, the live board only says “not connected yet.” The preview with sample data (DEMO MODE) opens only with the link Cyrus gives you — nothing on it is a real person.

What a request is

4. A tax preparer or office asked PCS to handle their EFIN from partners.pcstaxservice.com. They also get a confirmation email.
5. EFIN tells you which call to make: Needs EFIN = start the full service · Waiting on IRS = check where it stands, offer to track it, talk bureau · Has EFIN = straight to filing under the PCS bureau.
6. Came from: website, Facebook/Instagram, or a referral (first name + last initial; QR vs. shared link).
7. Never contacted is the first number on purpose — it counts requests no person has touched. A gold edge = waiting; a red edge = waiting more than 24 hours.

ERO sign-ups (new)

• ERO sign-ups come from signup.html — an office joining (or renewing with) the PCS service bureau. They show a gold SIGN-UP tag and the company name. Tap ERO sign-ups at the top to see only them.
• Click one to see everything they chose: software, business software, EFIN, the Reserve amount, address, and their typed signature + terms version.
• Needs help getting an EFIN = hand it to the EFIN team member. The Need an EFIN filter shows these together with the EFIN-service requests.
• The bank product fee is never entered by the office — it's set by the PCS plan. Don't quote a number until Cyrus sets the plans.
• No EFIN yet? Set the office up with the usual placeholder EFIN in the software, and add the real one when the IRS issues it.

Working a request

8. Click a request → pick the channel (Text / Email / Call / Zoom), pick the result, write a note, Log Touch. Your name is recorded.
9. Notes are required and they add up — nothing is erased. Pin the important ones so the next person sees them first.
10. The star marks high intent — the people who keep calling us. Work them first.
11. After 8 person-touches with no reply, the request moves to Remarketing automatically.
12. Status steps: New → Contacted → Zoom booked → Zoom attended → Prepping application → Submitted to IRS → EFIN approved → Onboarded. Special: HOT, Private review, Not a fit, Duplicate, Remarketing.
13. Private review is for eligibility questions (tax history, background). Don't write details in notes — just “needs private review.” A qualified person handles it.

What we never do

14. Never ask for or write down SSNs, birth dates, IRS passwords, ID.me codes, or anyone's 5-digit IRS PIN.
15. Never answer someone's IRS suitability questions for them, never act as the owner, never offer PCS's EFIN, never promise approval or a date.
16. Never quote a price, split, or software name that Cyrus hasn't set. The IRS charges $0 for the EFIN; PCS's fee is separate.

Tools

17. EFIN Application Prep: send people to efin-prep.html — the IRS application screen by screen. Use it on calls and in the group Zoom. It saves only on their device and exports to PDF or Word.
18. Sound: tap the Sound button once so the board can play the anthem on every new request.
19. Exports (CSV / Excel / PDF) are admin-only. Not seeing them is correct.
20. Archive before delete — a note is required; only an admin can delete an archived request.
21. Report anything with the Suggestion button (bottom right). Your name and the time are stamped.
